- Say “No” in a pleasant, but also a determined attitude. Try to make conversation out of it and let him understand why you have to stop him.
- If you give them any digital devices, limit the usage time. For example: “Use it for ten minutes,” or “one game of Candy Crush,” or “one episode of ‘Tom and Jerry.’ It is crucial to make plans in advance about what your chirldren are going to watch or play and when they need to stop.
